Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care items, undergarments, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (for cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund process to be completed after approval.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for faster processing. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow the return process.
